At Remember When Collectibles, we take great pride in restoring your vintage collectible back to it's originality. Celebrating our 13th year, we realize that most items either have sentimental value or are truly an investment piece, continuing to grow in value once restored properly. Authenticity is a must, unless you decide to change color, add a feature or simply customize your item to your particular style or need.

During the history of the company, we have received numerous requests inquiring about the cost of restoring a particular item. Obviously, it is very difficult to quote a price without first seeing that item. Photographs or bringing the item to our store is preferably the best way to determine cost. A few questions are usually asked the customer such as:
1. Is the item complete with all the original parts?
2. What is the extent of the damage?
3. Does it work (cool and vend for example)?
4. What is the model number etc.?

These are questions that are important in determining the approximate cost to restore most any piece. We rarely quote a price on any item that is unrestored, as there are very few items that are identical in nature. It has been said "a picture says a thousand words".
